Inspired by Mediterranean coastal healthy cuisine, our chefs use flavors from
Italy, Greece, Southern Spain, Morocco, & Turkey. Of course our made-from-scratch
menu will showcase a variety of traditional dishes as well...like prime cuts of steaks,
pork, chicken, fresh seafood, pasta, gourment cheeses, rich olive oils and earthy spices
which will all be show cased on our ever evolving menu.

Owners JC , Mac & Dean welcome you to their latest venture. Our hope is to bring you, our valued customers, dishes from the coasts of Italy, Greece, Southern Spain, France, Turkey and other neighboring Mediterranean border countries. We invite you to come experience our culinary vision, where explosive flavor profiles are delicately balanced through fresh regional healthy ingredents. All of these delicacies will be very familiar to traditional dishes you know but most will have our own mordern twist which will be uniquely Prime!
Another facet for our Spirit customers will be to come and experience our extensive craft cocktail and rare whiskey/bourbon menu with some Vintages aged up to 42 years. Another feature of Prime's bar will be our unparalleled Gins from around the world menu. Prime's mixology staff will be helmed in rotation by three VIP bartenders with a combined 60 years experience in mixology.
